ST8003 – Patient ZIP Code Analysis

Function:

Count of patients by ZIP Code for each physician for the specified date of service range.  Pulls the ZIP Code from Patient Demographics.

 

Usage:

• Select a date of service range and/or specify a single ZIP Code.
• Results are sorted by Physician.
• Group results by ZIP Code or Physician ID.

 

Hints and Tips:

Use the Group function to get counts; group by ZIP Code to get counts within each ZIP, or group by Physician to see each Physician’s totals for each ZIP Code.
